This horror film is based on the best-selling Stephen King novel. Starring John Cusack, the plot revolves around the phenomenon of a cell phone zombie outbreak. During one of these outbreaks, a man named Clay witnesses chaos in a Boston airport while searching for his son and wife. He then teams up with a train driver to save his family and fight the horde of “phoners” before it’s too late.
Cell is based on a Stephen King novel from 2006. The movie was put into production a couple of years ago but languished in post-production. This trailer confirms that the film will hit the big screen, but it will only be playing in select theaters. For now, it’s safe to say that this horror movie is one of the best of the year. In the meantime, the upcoming sequel will be even better.
